Hormone replacement for women

Hormone replacement therapy treats symptoms that come from falling estrogen and progesterone, usually in perimenopause and menopause. Symptoms often start years before periods stop, and they can be treated then.

Who HRT is for

  • Hot flashes and night sweats
  • Poor sleep, mood changes and brain fog
  • Vaginal dryness and lower libido
  • Bone loss after menopause

  • A history of breast or uterine cancer
  • A past blood clot or stroke
  • Liver disease
  • Unexplained vaginal bleeding

Your options

We use bioidentical hormones. They come as pills, patches, gels, creams, injections or pellets. Each has trade-offs in convenience and how steady the levels stay, and Dr. Munib goes through them with you. Sleep, nutrition and strength work matter alongside hormones.
