  • Annual physicals, screenings and vaccines
  • Women's health and well woman exams
  • Teens 12 and older, sports physicals and confidential visits
  • Diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol and thyroid care
  • Cash-pay visits at $190 for new patients and $150 for returning patients

Annual physicals and preventive care

An annual physical is a review of your history, vital signs and a full exam, with the screenings and vaccines that fit your age and risk.

Screenings

Blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar checks, plus breast, cervical and colon cancer screening based on your age and risk.

Vaccines

Immunizations for teens and adults, including flu, HPV and tetanus, planned around your age and health.

Lifestyle

Practical guidance on diet, exercise, sleep, smoking and alcohol, tied to your results.

Women's health and well woman exams

A well woman exam usually includes a physical and breast exam, a pelvic exam, and a Pap smear when you are due. It is also the time to talk about periods, contraception, sexual health, fertility plans and menopause.

  • Pap smears for cervical cancer screening, usually starting at 21
  • Confidential STI screening
  • Birth control counseling (IUD placement may be referred out)
  • Menopause care, including hormone replacement therapy

For the most accurate Pap result, book when you are not on your period, and avoid sex, douching and tampons for 24 hours before the exam.

Ongoing care for chronic conditions

Long-term conditions do best with one doctor who knows your history. Dr. Munib manages them with medication, regular labs and lifestyle changes, and adjusts the plan as your numbers change.

  • Diabetes and prediabetes
  • High blood pressure
  • High cholesterol
  • Thyroid conditions
  • Asthma

Teen health, ages 12 and older

Dr. Munib sees teens for physicals, sports and school forms, vaccines, periods, acne, sleep and mental health screening. Teens get time to talk with the doctor privately, and parents stay involved in an age-appropriate way.

Under California law, minors 12 and older can get certain confidential services, such as mental health care and STI testing, without a parent’s consent.

Sick visits and cash-pay visits

A cash-pay visit is $190 for new patients and $150 for returning patients. It includes a one-on-one evaluation with the physician, a focused history and exam, a diagnosis and plan, and any prescriptions or lab and imaging orders. There are no memberships or subscriptions.

Common reasons to come in

Colds, coughs and sinus infections, urinary tract infections, rashes, back or joint pain, anxiety or low mood, medication refills, minor injuries and digestive problems.

Labs and imaging

If you need tests, we connect you with local labs and imaging centers that offer self-pay prices.

Seen soon

Same-day and next-day appointments are often available.

Insurance, telemedicine and languages
